Hollywoodbets Suck

On Friday, 4 March 2022, my son played soccer bets (Live in Play). His one game was 1:0 up and at the 89th minute, the game was suddenly suspended. They paid him out for his bets including that particular game and it showed "WINNING" and his account from R202 reflected an amount of R1436. He withdrew R1100. There was still a balance of R336 on the account. On Saturday, 5 March he wanted to play another bet and his account then reflected R-897.38. Then after speaking to a staff member, that reduced to R-243. He deposited R250 into his account. Hollywoodbets confirmed R202 was in his account before the dispute and to date he has not had the R202 paid back into his account. Everytime he phones he cannot get through because they've forever got a queue of calls. He then tries the online chat and the agents seem to disconnect the chat or they run a story by him saying that his account will be sorted out. He's requested a supervisor to contact him and they still don't bother.
