Hollywoodbets stole my r5000

I have been writing and calling hollywoodbets for a more that a week r5000 was deposited on my hollywoodbets account , money was deposited by mother of my kids since I have lost my phone after I was highjacked. I asked her . To my suprise hollywoodbets close my account when I call them they said i should send a selfie holding my I'd. I did that. Still my account was closed. I had to call them again and wait for 30 minutes holding. This time they said they want a proof of payment stating where the money comes from. I asked some9who sent the money, she used her app to download the statement. I sent to them still my account not open. I had to call again I was told that they don't accept statements in excel for , she must visit the branch. She visited the branch she came back with bank statement, as a proof , I sent a proof of payment and my selfie holding my I'd as requested. Hollywoodbets still won't open my account. I called again , I was told that they have escalated my querie to the managers and my account should be open the following day. I waited the whole day my account was not open. I called again no one is explaining to me what seems to be a problem now. I asked them to atleast to send back my money Its either they send it back where it comes from or they send it to my bank account. I've been told to do an affidavit and I'd copy of an account holder. I don't even have money to go to police station and do affidavit since it's far from where I stay. Please help me this is my only source income I just wanted to play soccer and accumulate it , I wish I knew it was gonna be like this I was never going to do it.
