Hollywoodbets stole my money

Its been over 48 hours when i made my payment to hollywoodbets website to my casino account which did not reflect.i then contacted there live chat which takes really long to reply and almost all the time after waiting for long periods the app kicks you out without warning and then you have to start the process again and wait for ever for a agent its really frustrating. Anyway i was told to email the orginal proof of payment which i did directly from my bank account. Yesterday after a dozen attempts to there live chat i spoke to a agent this cost me almost 4 hours of my time and only fornhim/her to respond without any sympathy or apology my email was not looked by anyone however the agent said she has forwarded it to the department that will deal with it. She said i should wait another 24 hours which i done and soon it will be 72 hours 3 days and still my account wont be credited. Yet hollywoodbets doesn't even bother to compensate there customers with any extra free plays they just want our money but dont bother about us there customers it's sad hollywoodbets seems like they are ******** and maybe i should monitor there games going forwarded and ask the gambling board to investigate.
