Hollywoodbets Stole my money

I bought two wouchers of a R1000 on the 2nd of July, i redeemed one at around 10:11am and when i tried to redeem the second one around 12:00 it wouldnt go through and i got an error message saying that the voucher was already used and i didnt redeem it. ive been in contact with the consultants there and everyday they will want the picture of the voucher and ask me to check back later but when i check theres no progress till today. this is so frustrating because i dont even get an email or anything which tells me my matter is receiving attention.
