Hollywoodbets Stole My Money

On the night of Wednesday 20 November 2024 between the times of 19h20 and 05h30 of Thursday morning of 21 November 2024 I have deposited R50 amounts on Hollywoodbets, playing one of their casino slot games known as Hollywoodbets Joker - Win. During the time windows specified Hollywoodbets had intermittent server problems and I have screenshots to corroborate this, which caused me to lose all the money which I deposited. The total amount that was lost came to R850. After multiple phone calls to their call centre, whereby I've been advised that they don't have a manager on duty, and this now being day and night, which up-to-date has come close to R200 already, and communicating with them through their live chat, and the matter being escalated twice, waiting over five days for a manager to phone me back, but up until now hasn't happened, they blatantly refuse to refund me my R850 which technically speaking they have ****** from me. I don't want to cause any unnecessary problems, nor harm to their reputation, but seeing as I am an attorney I feel like it's the only route to follow, but wish to resolve this in an amicable manner, to take legal action only as a last resort.
