The worst service!!! I had deposited my last remaining R40 after losing lots, the money reflected on hollywoodbets account. as I was placing a bet on roulette my bets got rejected. I logged out of hollywoodbets and back in only to find that the money was gone. I reported this to them and the service representative in the chats was named Babongile.

I was told to send proof which I proceeded to do and had sent my bank statement only to be told that I must wait 24 to 48hrs for someone help.

Up until now, after 2 full days I had no feedback and the ticket has been closed that very same night.

Lucky for me it was only a R40, but could have been much more money.

I've only been playing on their casino and lost so much money for them to ***** me out of my little. I suggest playing on other sites instead. DO NOT SIGN UP or PLAY by their casino, I REPEAT!!! DO NOT EVEN CONCIDER PLAYING at HOLLYWOODBETS! I'm done.
