Hollywoodbets staff are *****ing from players!

Money was deposited into my HWB account yesterday but the deposit is still not showing. I have sent 4 emails and no feedback so far; no one responds on the live chat on the website, and calling them means you'll have to hold the line until your airtime runs out. The payment had been cleared on my side, why am I still waiting for the deposit to show in my account? Not even 2 months ago, money was ****** out of my partner's HWB account and I believe that was internal as there is no way any random person will know when there's money in an account, then they still need to hack into the account, change the bank details, wait 30 mins for the change, withdraw the money, then change the bank details again to a random number. This is the worst betting platform I've ever dealt with, I want the money that's owed to me as soon as possible and then my account needs to be closed
