I have a huge problem and waiting since Sunday for a reply from any of the management of Hollywoodbets. I have placed 3 bets on Sunday on a basketball match. The bets were all for the same results, just different amounts few minutes apart. After the match I was paid out accordingly and withdrew my winnings. A few hours later, my account was in arrears. After an enquiry, I was told that 2 of my bets was refunded due to match being abandoned. I have sent proof that match did finish and the funny thing is, 1 of the 3 bets stayed a winning bet yet all 3 bets were played for the same result. Very confusing to me and no explanation can justify their actions. I have sent yet another query for an explanation how it's possible and still waiting. It's amazing how quickly money was deducted from my account and since I made an enquiry, everything are done in the slowest time. Hollywoodbets I want my rightful money back please.
