Hollywoodbets! ********!!!

Let's start at the beginning, Hollywoodbets robs people of their winnings!!! On the 28th of June 2021 I had made a withdrawal of R100.00, the said funds had left my Hollywoodbets account and disappeared. On the 29th of June 2021 I had made a second withdrawal of R200.00, this R200.00 was credited to my Discovery Bank account, but the R100.00 prior, did not reflect. I had made numerous calls to Hollywoodbets (I'm sure their recordings are kept safe) however they could not assist and had asked me to email my bank statement, I had emailed my statement numerous times but to date, almost 5 months later, never got my R100.00. well, little did I realise, that was just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Hollywoodbets and their excuses or dishonesty!!! A most recent event, I had deposited R90.00 on the 3rd of November 2021 into my Hollywoodbets account and had lost the money betting, I then deposited R100.00 and lost it, lastly I deposited another R100.00 and played Indian Cash Catcher on Spina Zonke via Hollywoodbets, to my luck (unlucky because it's HOLLYWOODBETS) I had won close to R6700.00 or maybe more. I played a while until it got down to R6500.00 and thereafter decided to withdraw the R6500.00. Usually funds clears within 24 hours, this time, nothing after 24 hours. So I thought okay maybe another day until it comes, I then deposited these amounts, all on the 4th of November 2021, a day after withdrawing my R6500.00 (which I assumed was still being processed) well anyway, I deposited R100.00 and lost it, then deposited R87.00 and lost it, then deposited R100.00 and lost it, then R200.00 and lost it, then R150.00 and lost it, then R250.00 and lost it, then deposited R200.00 and won close to R1500.00, remember all this deposits were made on one day, in the space of a few hours totalling to R1087.00. As said above, I had won close to R1500.00, I decided to withdraw R1300.00 of that money, leaving my account with zero. So in total I have R7900.00 worth of withdrawals pending. 5th of November I receive an sms saying "Good day, your w/d request of R 6500 has been declined for the following reason: Withdrawal against a deposit. Contact ***" so as mentioned in the SMS, I contacted them via the email provided, no response, so I called in, waited 30 minutes on the call and a lady says I can't withdraw the money because that's the rule, I asked her what's the rule, she couldn't answer me, so of course she's just reading what the person who declined my withdrawal wrote on her reason/job sheet, so I asked to speak to her manager, PRANISHA comes into the phone and she says she can't see where I got the R6500.00 from, she does not see any winning ticket, which is obvious because I won that money on a casino game that Hollywoodbets has, part of their "Spina Zonke" ironic hey, they really spun all, and spun me to a level of frustration I can not handle. Anyway, PRANISHA says she does not know why it happened, she can't give me a reason and can't see the reason so she will need to escalate the issue and query it and get someone to call me. Of course, it's HOLLYWOODBETS, nobody has called me! I decided to vent on social media, on their platform, I had asked them the same question, why say that I can not withdraw the money I had won from me depositing my own money of R290.00???? Its simple, I deposited R290.00 in total and had won R6500.00, why do they need me to play 50% of my winnings to withdraw it. Where in the rulebook does it say, any winnings must be wagered by 50% of the total winnings in order to withdraw???? Nonsense! They are trying to Robt he innocent and are getting away with it because they think that gamblers are weak and poor, wrong in so many ways. I will not let this go, I let the R100.00 slip in June 2021, but now I want it all, R100.00 on the 28th of June, R6500.00 on the 3rd of November and R1300.00 on the 4th of November!!!! Total now of R8000.00!!! Hollywoodbets, please, get your lawyers ready and paperwork ready, my statements ready and my plays ready, I'm coming for you!!!! HARD!!!!!
