I withdrew R600 via fnb ewallet on the 27th of January,to date I still have not received the sms with the code. I have sent them various emails which they haven't rep**** to and have made numerous calls, Only for them to say they don't know what happened and don't know why it's still pending, then told me they escalating the matter and that I should wait another 24 to 48 hours to recieve the sms, which I still haven't recieved. It's now the 4th of February and I still have no feedback.
