Hollywoodbets ****med me /poor customer service

Hollywoodbets is a **** I have won money on UK lotto teatime on 6Dec2022 and the ticket status says money paid out but nothing has been paid into my Hollywood account till now ,poor customer service ,they don't respond to emails and when you call their customer care you will hear music for more than 10minutes before they answer your calls and promise to escalate the matter but nothing has been sorted out I don't recommend Hollywoodbets to friends and family because your winnings with Hollywoodbets won't be paid out
