I made a withdrawal on the 14 February and still ha e received my money ,contacted them more than 5 times,the answer is always that my matter has been escalated...I don't know if they are used to ******** people like this ..this is a big company and on their website or page their queries turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours but it's been weeks...

I feel ****ed honestly as this matter seems to be on halt.
