The weekend of Christmas 2023 i withdrawed R1000 from my app only to find that my balance disappeared. it's not the first time this has happened to me as it was a small amount at first. i let it go but this time its R1000 I've called the call centre and all they say is its being investigated which is nearly a month there has been no feed whats so ever and I've tried many ways to get in contact with you guys but i keep getting nowhere. If you can just take my credits like you want please make sure you answer me like i want to be answered! It's very disgusting that ***** from your customers that has a long history with you guys never will i use your app again as you guys are unprofessional and ********* completely disgusting!
