Hollywoodbets Russia 5/36 gone wrong!

It is with great disappointment that I personally feel like hollywoodbets did me wrong today, I placed bets on a lottery called Russia 5/36 on sets of 2 numbers and 3 numbers,that draw closes at 06:29 and because of the difference in time-zones the draw i played was meant to draw at 07:30,of which it did and my numbers came out but now the app says its losing tickets so now I am really confused on how is that even possible because even the tickets I played says 07h30 draw but now I am losing money of which that's the most frustrating part of this matter.

And their customer service is really bad,cause all their consultants couldn't even come up with a suitable explanation to why is that and I have screenshots of the results, including the screenshots of the tickets I played.
