Hollywoodbets rude customer service,they block you for over a year, and slow to pay out winnings

Hollywoodbets really need to get proper people to answer there phones customer service is so rude all the time they shout at you when you are making a inquiry about money you have won, that brings me to complain here again why am I forced to wait so long for my winnings im a regular player but I must constantly beg for my winnings I would suggest that using the same bank as the customer would really help alot Hollywoodbets are fast to take your money but take days to pay any winnings out, I had also been blocked from commenting and talking to the host for well over a year now and they just refuse to remove the block so I can't comment or talk to the host that's really wrong so all of the above makes me feel that Hollywoodbets don't care about there customers all they care about is the money you spend on there casino and games I want my winnings I spent alot to win and I'm not going to wait days again for it because I have seen how fast you can pay out aswell.
