Hollywoodbets rude customer service and *******

I'm so upset with Hollywoodbets there customer service is aweful other that implying that im stupid ive been playing for a while and ive been having a problem with the games mega ball lately ive been making bets and im unable to shuffle my cards or adjust my amount bet other than the arrogant customer service lady who did not help me but put the phone down in my ear I would warn anyone not to bet with Hollywoodbets because they don't refund u or fix a problem they keep ur money and put the phone down on u now the problem is still not fixed nd I refuse to play until this is fixed
