Hollywoodbets ****** me and I can't get any help to refund me

On the 2nd Dec my balance vanished well over R1500 was taken out my balance I have used more airtime to try and get my funds back than what hollywoodbets has ****** from me today is the 20th and still nothing I was told 24 to 48 hours and still no refund I was told a manager would contact me and still nothing I've spoken to managers and supervisors in all departments and still no refund I was told they just need to refund me and still nothing thing is outright theft and to make a client beg for there money back that hollywoodbets stole is outright wrong will I get a response a call or anything this is taking to long now and you respond hereabd don't keep your word either.
