Hollywoodbets ripping me off

I made a soccer bet with Hollywoodbets on the 6th of June. The teams were Remo Stars vs Bendel Insurance. The game was abandoned at 94th minute while the score was 0-0 draw. I had bet that Remo Stars were going to with the game. Hollywoodbets ruled that the game was drawn despite the game being abandoned due to fans invading the pitch and player violence. I phoned Hollywoodbets helpline protesting my case, the lady on the Hollywood helpline said according to them the game was drawn. I personally went to their Balfour road branch and spent 45minutes with their cashier who demanded proof of where I got my results from. I showed her 4 different sources and she phones Hollywoodbets helpline who said I must email this proof to them of which I did. Their email response after 2 days was a one liner saying they take the game as a draw despite being abandoned and that is final. I lost more than 9000 rands because of this. Please assist. I have the proof and corresponding emails if you need them.
