Hollywoodbets refusing to credit my account though saying it has been credited but failed to provide proof that they have credited it.

On the 18 January 2022 at around 21h00, i made a payment of R300 to Hollywood's Standard bank account using my Capitec account. The money was never credited. On the 19 January 2022 at around 09h42 i made made another payment of R300 ,to the same hollywoodbets Standard bank account from my Capitec bank,and it was credited. Few minutes later ,i made another deposit to hollywoodbets Absa account from my Absa account the amount of R300 and it was credited almost immediately. According to my records,i made 3 payments,one from Absa and 2 from Capitec. Only 2 were credited, Absa and Capitec.

I have provided hollywoodbets with both proof of payments from Capitec bank in question.Bit they are insisting that my account was credited,but they can only provide proof that only one payment from Capitec was credited.

Im really tired now.Emailing them numerous times a day.

The response i usually get is that my account has been credited,or my query has been sent to their creditors.

Its been long now.
