Hollywoodbets Refuses to Credit My Account After OTT Payment

I made a deposit via OTT voucher on the 24/11/2025 exactly 12:21 while their system was experiencing technical issues. The money did not reflect and I open an equiry. Hollywoodbets denied that the voucher went through even after I handed them proof from OTT and even after OTT email the proof. Instead I was told to go open a case at SAPS so that an investigation can be open to check on which account the fund was deposited yet OTTgave them all the proof they need.
