Hollywoodbets Refuses Payout for Days – Endless Excuses!

I am absolutely disgusted with the appalling service from Hollywoodbets. I requested a payout of R150 via 1Voucher since Saturday night, and as of today (over 4 days later) I have not received my payout.

Hollywoodbets keeps giving me excuse after excuse. Initially, I was told it would take 4 hours, then 24 hours, then 48 hours, and now I'm back to "another 24 hours" every time I call. I’ve spoken to multiple agents, including senior managers twice, and every time they falsely reassure me that the payout will reflect — yet nothing happens.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a company of your size that spends millions on advertising and portrays itself as reputable. How can such a massive betting company hold back a mere R150 payout while continuing to process deposits instantly? This raises serious concerns about your business practices and payout policies.

I have kept full records of all chats, calls, and promises made to me. I will be escalating this matter to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, the National Consumer Commission, and any other relevant authorities. I am also taking this public across multiple consumer platforms.

Your delay tactics are unacceptable, and this is not just about the money anymore — it’s about principle, integrity, and fairness.
