Hollywoodbets Race 7 Greyville Oddsboost

I am very disappointed. I was logged onto the Hollywoodbets website from 7pm to 9pm for price boost but seeing that there were so many people on line that the website was absolutely slow and not refreshing because of this I did not manage to place a single bet. This is so unprofessional from Hollywoodbets seeing as they are running this event. Loyal customers like myself are left behind because of the poor service. Each horse odd is only increased for 15 seconds and because of the poor service and the website being jam packed not a single bet can be placed. 3 years ago we could go to a Hollywoodbets branch and place our bets revert back to this because it worked. Another year Another dissapointmen. Please forward this complaint to Owen Heffer or I will personally send this complaint to him myself. It seems like Hollywood bets is becoming a Mickey Mouse company and they trying to keep up with other betting companies but are failing dismally.
