Hollywoodbets query management is POOR

I made a live in play bet, the money went off but nothing else happened, the bet is not showing in my betting history, it is just missing, I have used the Chat bot "Holly" which was not usefull at all, I phoned the number for customer service *** who told me that IT needed to pull my transaction reports and they will come back to me, after following up three times with no luck I decided to email Hbets on ***, they then waited and waited and then finally told me if it is older than 72 hours they cannot help me, there is nowhere to go from here, I have used Hbets as my platfrom for more than a year, played over a lot in that year, and now this is the service I get.
