HollywoodBets Promotion ****s

Hollywood Bets robs people of their winnings, the promotions are a ****, because last week Thursday on the 14th of August at 13h00 I won supposedly on their prize drop promotion where according to their blog, if you win on the promotion your winnings get paid out instantly, all that happened a popup message appeared on my browser saying that my balance will be credited in 2 hours, okay it's a R500 but imagine my excitement to finally win something from a promotion which gets played alot hoping to see what it looks like, after 2 hour wait nothing gets credited. I start wondering about it so I decided to ask the consultants, to my surprise the first consultant didn't even give me a reference number, but wanted me to wait because they had esculated the issue so again I waited another day or so and then followed up again, this time the consultant asked me about a ticket number, keep in mind I had provided screenshots of all their screens, firstly on the game itself it says promotion paid out but yet the transaction history doesn't show anything credited to my balance and provided these to the original consultant who insisted on these screenshots. Continuing the 2nd consultant who now provides me with a ticket number finally, again informs me the case has been escalated 2 days after the supposed winning and so every 2 days for the next week it has been going like, today's is the 2nd Saturday where I get the same response which makes me wonder, such a big company like HollywoodBets is ****ming people out of their winnings, this is the second time I have such an incident the other time I made a R500 deposit got credited from my bank but not added to HollywoodBets, I let that one slide because that was a bank error. But in this instance how can you advertise a promotion drops and wins / prize drops and post the rules on your official blog but then it takes almost 2 weeks to give a customer an answer, I mean these days it's a simple matter of running a database query or using a regex scan on a log to resolve what happened yet for HollywoodBets it's impossible to determine what happened. Very disappointing
