Hollywoodbets poor service

Would like to share my bad experience with Hollywood I bought a 1voucher as I normally do to load in my account and for some strange reason it said invalid or the site just crashed then when I go to live chat support it tells me to go to there customer care email. Which I did keeping in mind this happened yesterday I sent the email in the morning it now 16:12 still no fed back it bad bad
