Hollywoodbets please credit or refund then close my acc

I made three deposits on 2 April. I was told my credit will reflect between 24 to 48 hrs. I have spoken to over 10 consultants giving me the same info despite asking the same question. 48hrs later I'm told to wait another 24hrs. They also refuse to refund instead of crediting my account. No one knows anything. All I want is my account be credited or money be refunded iv already provided 3 pops. Nothing is done. Consultants are clueless
