Hollywoodbets pathetic customer support

Hollywoodbets has the most pathetic customer support I had to deal with. Deposited on the 23 June and money did not reflect. Proof of payment sent, Sent numours emails, chats and Facebook. No help at all. If you ask for updates you get told it takes 24 hours to resolve. It's been 14 days and still not resolved. If you ask too many times you actually get blocked to send msg on Facebook.
