Hollywoodbets pathetic!!

I'm really disgusted with the online chat and email customer service I receive when I try to make contact. Hollywoodbets is a massive company but their service is pathetic...I have been reaching out to agents online via chat and email and the service is really appalling! They are quick to take your money but if you have an issue that needs to be resolved you get told you have to just wait!!
