Hollywoodbets Ozow deposits not credited into customer accounts

I deposited my R2500 on 29 of July 2025 via Ozow and the money was not transferred to my account. I called Hollywoodbets several times and they never assisted me. Many times my call was dropped by thier consultants before I could get assistance. I think they have been instructed not to entertain any deposits missing. It has been 4 days without the issue being resolved. I am not sure where to go to ensure that I recover my money. Such an organisation cannot be *****ingn money from that customers in that way.

This is a serious **** and the government should be alerted and have Hollybets licence withdrawn . They once did it with the airtime one, whereby you buy airtime on the website using funds in your accounts and you we never receive the airtime but your account funds will be dedcuted. If you call the consultants are rude and there is no way to escalate it anywhere.

An orgasation that *****s from its customers in that way should not be allowed to operate in this country.
