Hollywoodbets or Hollywood*******?

So I have been with Hollywoodbets for a while and have good and bad experiences. Alot of the bad ones I have just spoken very little about it. Yesterday I had an experience that I can't allow to happen. I was playing and at about 9:35pm I plaid a game where I won R4419.50 and then the game logged me out. When I returned to the game, I just had my original funds, the R4419.50 was not included. I then refreshed the game thinking it was not updated, but still nothing. When I called their call centre, the agent told me they cant see that amount. I was then asked to send them screenshots of THEIR system????I sent them the screenshots and was told they would call me the same night, which never happened. Long story short, 7 calls later and still no joy. How many times has this not happened to other people, I am told it will take 24-48hrs before they can give me feedback. We don't gamble and tell them we would pay them in 48hrs, it is sad to see that a company with their reputation and get away with *****ing peoples money.
