Hollywoodbets not paying out robbing customers

Repeatedly not getting paying out withdrawal despite showing proof that no money has been received Hollywood number *** I emailed them That the R600 withdrawal at 15;02 wasn’t sent to my Capitec account and showed them My bank statement the customer agents repeatedly Asked the info and I kept resending but to no avail. I asked for the proof of payment into my Account as usually they send that but didn’t this time and still nothing has reflected saying I should Wait 24 hours This has happened before and the money wasn’t paid back to me!!
