Hollywoodbets not paying me

I have made withdrawal of R23 000 on the 25 April 2023 and I noticed that someone hacked my Hollywoodbets account and phone number and tried to withdraw the money, I have been waiting it's been 3 weeks now when I call Hollywoodbets representative told me they will do hotline payment, I didn't receive it then I was told it's under investigation but that was after a week people lying to me,
