Hollywoodbets not making payments as stipulated on their TC

I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated by Hollywood bets I've experienced bad customer service from call center agents, poor resolution and turn around time for withdrawal request and they will keep you on line for over 45min

I submitted a request for withdrawal on the 22 January 2023 at 1.25am and the request was apparently accepted and approved for payout to me via E-wallet. I have not yet received the money due to me to date, no update on the progress of my request upon having followed up on this issue I've been told that they my money/withdrawal has been rejected by the bank and have escalated the matter however. This is really frustrating as there is no transparency or indication of the way forward. Hollywoodbets is taking it clients serious as it is al most a **** i have been waiting for the withdrawal
