Hollywoodbets NOT GIVING MY WITHDRAWAL BACK

So i did a withdrawal on the 24th Decmber that came back as my bank was offline, Since then i have been waiting on my deposit back, Spoke to 20 agents and everytime the escalate the querie and keep saying its going to take 24-48 hrs we talking 4 days later and 96 hrs later. The bank advised the funds has been sent back to hollywood bests, but when they advise there side they keep saying its not reversed please guys i can see it on my side the funds is back with you, I am going to make a case of theft if this is not sorted out today the 28th December
