Hollywoodbets not following their terms and condition

Hi , I have asked this question several time and even now Hollywoodbets has not responded to my query. Please respond to my issue otherwise i will have to go with National Gambling Board for assistant. I have attached tickets with a game that was supposed to be Null and Void according to your terms and condition.
