Hollywoodbets ****ming people when they have to payout.

It's been two weeks now that my hollywoodbets account had been closed, am told that it's under audit. The call center agents are useless, I call everyday agents requesting documents every day when I call of which I sent. Promising they will get back to me within 48 hours, but still no communication or feedback. I even went to the branch nothing not getting any help. I just want my money nothing much.
