Hollywoodbets ****ming me with my hard earned money

Hollywoodbets SA I am very disappointment, 23/03/2023 I deposited money, via portal payment CAPITEC PAY and til today, the money hasn't reflected, how come, why, I always use portal payment. I've wasted so much money calling and your consltants promising to do follow up and to call me, lies lies lies, someone is not doing their job and this is frustrating me. I will not rest until I get my money back! I called capitec bank, they told me that you guyz have received the money and emailed me proof of payment. I;ve called, emailed, called, went to the brunch which was the useless thing ever, emailed and all i get is promising words with no action!
