So while playing gates 1000, on my prize drop, i completed 2 sectors, on finishing a bought bonus, i continued to spin, at around R10, Then i got the 3rd pop up on the sector and a flash of the wheel appeared and disapeared, so i never got to spin for the multiplier, my prise drop then re-set to no sectors filled, i then went to the chat and adivsed them of the issue being #***5. as the reffrence number i received, later this week i followed up, and was advised there was no issues and my case was closed WHAT THE HELL HOLLYWOOD BETS, then the consultant was so focking rude almost saying i was bull****ing about it, to spend so much money and getting treated like this is not right
