Hollywoodbets **** me my 1voucher

I redeemed a 1voucher this morning 8 September 2026 at exact 4:36am the voucher redeeming option had a error saying voucher couldn't be redeemed and I must try again, I tried to redeem it again it then says the voucher was already redeemed, I then contacted 1voucher to be told the voucher was already redeemed on Hollywoodbets when I try to contact Hollywoodbets they tell me they can't do anything regarding the matter I should wait they are having technical issues regarding voucher redemption, i am frustrated now bought a voucher to bet on their betting site but I am being told they can't do anything regarding my query with the voucher redemption because they having technical issues
