Hollywoodbets ****** Me

Hollywoodbets SA customer service is absolutely pathetic!! They rob their clients and don't even bother to assist..

I recently won playing the spina zonka games.. An amount of R13k was in my account on the 7th of Feb at around 1am in the morning when i logged off.. I could not withdraw the money cause at those times when u try to withdraw from Hollywood it shows that the bank is offline..

So later that evening around 4.30pm when i logged into my account all of the money was gone.. I called Hollywood and when they checked my account it showed that the money was spent playing a slot game.. Which i never did cause i was busy with work that day.. Then they say maybe someone else logged into my account and played but no one else has my password.. All the blame is on me and that i must have used the money.. Then they said that they will esculate the matter for IT dept to check what device was used.. Next day i called back and they say that the IT dept advised that an Huawei phone was used.. I have an Huawei phone so still doesn't help me in anyway.. They asked that i send an email which i did.. The consultant that rep**** to my email says i never had R13k in my account.. But the previous day the lady that i spoke to at the call center confirmed that R13k was in my account..

Basically Hollywoodbets is a bunch of rogues, they take our money and make us run around in circles!!! I will never trust their site ever again!
