Hollywoodbets management in refund department nonexistent

Firstly I want to give praise were praise is due the 2 supervisors that have been assisting me since the 2nd December 2022 in trying to get my missing money that vanished out my balance you are both amazing and do outstanding work and going over and about for Hollywoodbets customers I wont mention names but you guys are great thank you. But the management in the refunding department absolutely disgusting what a disgrace over a month just to sign off on refunds to customers and still I'm no closer to getting my ****** money back the supervisors have to deal with the enraged customers while these people do nothing other than expensive lunches and goodness knows what else how about doing your jobs what customer has to call in daily for over a month to fight for there money back it's ridiculous and outrageous I'm so tired of the same story just give me my money back wake up management in the refund department you people are extremely slack and the customers are paying for it are they going to refund all my airtime calling in to get my money back no way I've been a loyal customer for years and this is what I get useless management in refunds department. Sign off of the refunds now it doesn't take over a month to do that. I'm so upset and nothing gets resolved same nonsense story waiting for management to sign off on refunds fire the lot of them no more excuses I will be heard and I will get my ****** money back I'm tired of hearing I'm so sorry for the inconvenience please be patient we are waiting for management to sign off on refunds we cant give you a date but they working on it I mean really seems like refund management don't work at all.
