20 Aug 2025, 23:59 I am submitting a complaint against Hollywoodbets for ********ly deleting my betting history. Instead of supplying my full betting history, which clearly shows whether a bet has won or lost, Hollywoodbets only provides transaction history that does not reflect the outcome of my bets. I have screenshots and proof of missing bets, specifically wagers placed on Horse 7 and Horse 9 on 4 July 2025 for Race 1 on 5 July 2025. These bets have disappeared from my betting history, and Hollywoodbets has refused to provide transparent proof. I demand that my full betting history be restored immediately and that Hollywoodbets account for these missing wagers

21 Aug 2025, 00:06where can i upload the screenshots so the necessary people that can do something about this can take action against this people all they reply is we going to escalate the matter to the relevant department i cc the ngb and all other people like sport bookie etc in the emails but no one reply to it or even acknowledged it guys this country is failing us what happened to compliance and POPIA whew, unbelievable disappointed
