Hollywoodbets it's a big ****

Hector my name is Hector Ndobe.Last week Thursday i loaded a 1voucher, then it kept saying it's invalid. Till today. So I contacted them they kept saying they had some technical issues that day.so today when I do a follow up they say it's been redeemed to other account. Which is no true, because I have a prove I bought that voucher at tymebank at 22.43 the I did the copy and paste to redeem the voucher. So I even emailed the 1voucher company they sent me proof that the voucher was redeem at 22.45. I gathered all information, still they dont want to credit my account
