Unit2 chatsworth branch has the most lost people working there that think they doing us a favour helping us..standing around talking stories and when they decide to help they move like they got something stuck up somewhere and its hurting..as for the call centre waiting 30 to 45mins to speak to someone is ridiculous really..very unprofessional from such a big company..they need to catch a wake up seriously.
