I trust this message reaches you well. I am compelled to reach out once more regarding my troubling experience on your platform, which has persisted for week without resolution. My substantial investment of R700,000 has not yielded any returns, and my previous communications have gone unanswered.

I played day and night 6 months now straight I'm getting nothing back no fairplay at all like nothing.Today it took R1000 no bonuses no wins at all nothing just like ******* or getting ****med no wins or bonuses honestly I feel blocked from wins and games are set to be rigged in my opinion due to the experience I'm facing.

I urge you to escalate this issue to senior management as it warrants immediate attention and action. I sincerely hope we can restore the integrity of our relationship moving forward.

Why is hollywoodbets doing this to a loyal client who assisted in growing hollywoodbets since day one.

I have logged a complaint on hellopeter as well hence I don't get any response or feedback seems my concerns are going unheard or ignored.

I do know the gambling policy and procedures very well as I am with hollywoodbets many many years now please do not send me copy and pasted messages tell me about none related concerns I'm mentioning above.

I'm very disappointed with Hollywoodbets and disheartened due to me being with you guys for so very long many years now.

Please advise when will I get some fairness and not be blo ked from wins or rigging my games, When can I get a fair chance to win my money back.

Please go check there's zero wins zero bonuses yesterday and today 10000 gone and still nothing I'm disgusted honestly.

Hollywoodbets in my opinion is turning out to be a **** this is based on my very very bad experience I'm having the proof is right there.

If my concerns aren't noted and send to a higher person who can see clearly what's going on I will escalate further in the next 12 hours.

I'm sick of messaging hollywoodbets now imagine 10000 gone no bonuses no wins then I'm told about luck Where's the fairplay what happened to a fun experience. This is disgusting Hollywoodbets was never this way before.
