Hollywoodbets is Major Major ****

I made an ABSA CashSend on Monday, 6 February 2023, of R3 000. I hadn't received anything after 48hrs so I decided to call the Hollywoodbets helpline and I was told that my matter has been escalated and that R3 000 would be reversed back into my Hollywoodbets account after 3-5 days.

I didn't receive my R3 000 after 3-5 days as promised by Hollywoodbets so I decided to call the Hollywoodbets helpline again today, 14 February 2023. I was told the same thing I was told last week, that the matter will be escalated. I didn't accept that at all because I'm not going wait another week for my money. After I questioned the lady on the line, she said that they escalated the matter but there was no response and that there's nothing that they could do if the people they sent the escalation to don't respond.

Why is it called a helpline when the people who are supposed to help you can't even explain the reason why I haven't received my R3 000.

I've come to the conclusion that I've been ****med by Hollywoodbets. I really don't think that I'll be receiving my R3 000 anytime soon or if I'll ever receive it. What kind of a betting site makes you wait more than 7 days before your winnings reflect in your account. Hollywoodbets is a ****!
