HOLLYWOODBETS IS FAILING ME

I made a deposit into my hollywood account, directly from the Standard bank ATM, its not reflecting due to one incorrect number on my reference number...I chatted with on their agents on the platform and provided all the information thats needed including a deposit slip as proof of payment.... This is frustrating me, i cant wait 48hours..
