Hollywoodbets is bad news😠

I have never came across such a bad customer service in my life. My Mom made a withdrawal of 700 via cash send and it been pending for more than 4 days now. When we try to use the chat platform it keep us in que for hours and the worst thing is that she even used her money to visit their branch where they promised to cancel the order the transaction but still that didn't happen. Stop playing with people hollywoodbets.
