HOLLYWOODBETS IS A ****!!!!!!!!!

I cannot withdraw my money from the Hollywood bets account. I submitted my FICA documents via email last year in October. Due to them not even replying to my email, I went ahead and submitted online as well. Still no response from them. I emailed their customer services about the problem, and you can guess what happened, no response. I took a further step and tried calling their centre, they made me wait on the queue for at least 8 minutes and when my call is supposed to be taken, it was dropped. It happened both times when I called. Hollywoodbets is a ****, you can easily deposit, but withdrawing is impossible. If you were thinking of doing anything with them, just abort that thought. I also want to take the matter further, if you have an idea where I have to go next, please help.
