Hollywoodbets is a ****!!!

I deposited R200 on the 23th of this month it never showed in my account, I am very angry as this issue has not been solved. after spending hours speaking to their consultants and all the emails sent, I was told to go to my bank and reverse transaction, My bank confirmed that the funds were paid to hollywoodbets account, and they will charge me R160.00 and it will take 21 days before a charge back can be done. Can hollywoodbet save me all the drama and time and credit my account or refund me my money.

Hollywoodbets is trying to ***** our hard earned money!!!!!
